Above is the uniform application for the undergraduate institutions in partnership with the EVMS Joint Programs in Medicine. On page one of the application, please list the name of your institution at the top of the application provided for 'school name'. On the bottom of page two of the application, please complete the name and address of the designated person at your institution to whom students should submit the completed application materials. Once these changes are incorporated on the application for your institution, please save the changes and distribute the application to qualified students. Students applying to the Joint Program in Medicine should have the following qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

1. Second Semester Sophomore
2. Combined SAT verbal and math scores of 1200 or better (minimum of 1150 considered); or ACT score of 28 and above
3. College GPA of 3.4

Non Academic Qualification:

1. Volunteer Experience
2. Demonstrated Leadership
3. Health Care Exposure
